Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed in the order they are received. The usual processing time is within 3-8 business days of the original date the order is placed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.
Customers should receive a tracking notification to their email once their order has been shipped. All orders are primarily shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Once shipped your order should arrive within 2-5 business days. 

SHIPPING RATES
USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping rates are based on your provided shipping address and weight of your order. USPS/UPS/FedEx has increased shipping prices during the holiday season. 

Flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 for orders up to 20 pounds.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We currently offer local delivery to customers located in Athens, GA and Madison, GA only. Local orders over $30 qualify for free delivery. Local orders under $30 require a $2.99 delivery fee.
Orders being delivered locally will be delivered to the address provided on the order. If the customer is not available to receive the order it will be delivered to the residence and a picture confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 8 business days.
We usually deliver local orders weekdays after 5:00 pm or weekends between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will receive an email or text message with scheduled delivery information. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We do not offer international delivery.
